All in all had really good experience on vacation.
The location was particularly good, I loved it, it was near a botanical garden called "The Garden of Eden " that has beautiful flowers and a view of a nice waterfall, the beach across the street and restaurants. Bathroom was nice, had walk-in showers.

We had very good stay on vacation!!
Everything was as excellent as expected. We liked helpful staff. Good location, just what we wanted near the Kihei boat ramp where the snorkel and dive boats leave from to go to Molokini and other great dive locations in south Maui and south Kihei.

The location of the resort is perfect, with beaches, restaurants, and shops nearby. the condo itself is well-equipped and clean, with a well-furnished kitchen and comfortable linens. Plus, it offers beach equipment such as chairs, towels, and toys. the condo has a lovely view of the ocean waves, and you can enjoy your morning coffee on the Lanai while admiring the scenery. the grounds are beautifully landscaped with flowers and shrubs, and the pool is excellent.
Some people complained about noise from the road in front and the Subway behind the unit.
